Each Cityloft was rebuilt from the ground up, with materials chosen one by one across Asia and Europe. Two are available to rent.

Our approach
Built with care, not compromise.
After two decades of living across Asia, from Jakarta to Beijing, Singapore and Tokyo, we set out to create the homes we had always looked for and rarely found.
Every loft was rebuilt with our own architects and engineers, using materials chosen one by one: solid teak, Grohe and Duravit bathrooms, Bosch appliances and automated Somfy blinds. The result blends Western comfort with Asian craftsmanship.

What is the minimum lease?
12 months. Longer leases are welcome; ask us about terms.
How much is the rent?
Rates are available on request and depend on the loft and the length of the lease. Message us for a quote.
Are the lofts furnished?
Yes. Both lofts are fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in.
Who are the lofts best suited to?
Professionals living on their own or as a couple who want a central home with real character in Jakarta.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, pets are not allowed in the lofts.
Can I visit before deciding?
Of course. We arrange private, one-to-one viewings. Message us on WhatsApp or by email to choose a time.
